Recruitment Policies
We at Sector 5 Security are fully aware that the personnel you require portray your image as well as our own. Due to this it is crucial that we provide staff for your organization of the highest caliber.

Before we offer employment to a prospective employee they must undergo a series of strict procedures. These comply with BS 7499 and BS 7858 standards set out by the International Professional Security Association.
This involves interviews, an initial five year telephone vetting followed up with a full ten year vetting once employed. Medical records are also checked and if necessary a full Police National Computer (PNC) check will be carried out.
All our employees will receive job training and site induction training as standard and if required further specialist training.
All of our officers are monitored and a personal training and development programme is available to them.
